Stephanie Franz, M.S. joins the ICACTL representing the American Association of Physicists in Medicine. Ms. Franz serves as a Medical Physicist at Colorado Associates in Medical Physics, in Colorado Springs, CO. Prior to her years as a Medical Physicist, Ms. Franz served as a Systems Engineer for Alliant Techsystems, Inc. Also an educator, Ms. Franz has taught courses in physics for Augsburg College, the University of Minnesota, and the Breck School in Minneapolis, MN. Upon receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics at Augsburg College in 1982, with minors in Mathematics and Chemistry, Ms. Franz went on to earn a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Minnesota, with additional graduate coursework completed in Biophysical Sciences and a concentration in Medical Physics. She is currently a member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine.
