Cost Per Three-Year Cycle  Initial fee for first unit...$2400 base fee (includes one testing area), + $400 per additional testing area. Each additional unit over one...$1200. Additional fees, based upon size and complexity, apply to eligible laboratories with multiple sites and/or mobile services.
